Tax Exempt Form Submission

If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate for review. Once approved, your account will be updated to reflect your tax-exempt status.

Required Information:

• Valid tax exemption certificate
• Organization name and tax ID
• Certificate expiration date (if applicable)

To submit your tax exempt form, please email it to order@treepro.com with the following information:

• Your account email address
• Business/Organization name
• Tax exemption certificate (PDF or image)
• State(s) where exemption applies

Our team will review your submission within 2-3 business days and update your account accordingly. You will receive a confirmation email once your tax-exempt status has been approved.
