PURCHASING TREE & PLANT PROTECTION
It's easy. You can buy through any of our distributors. You can order from us at 800-875-8071 or by faxing your order to 765-463-3157. You can pay be check or the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

If you use a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or Discover), your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event you want to return our products. It is required that they are unused and the customer is responsible for getting the products back to Tree Pro as well as a 3% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order Tree Pro reserves the right to charge a 2.5% cancellation fee. This fee is due to credit card processors keeping processing fees on a charged card.
PRIVACY POLICY
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
TREE PRO LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee our products to be free of defects in material and labor for a period of up to 24 months from date of purchase. The replacement of the product or refund of the purchased price, are the two remedies we have available to purchasers. This warranty is designed to protect your interests and your plants, while giving you the surety you need in our products quality. In both cases, a value will be assigned that reduces the purchase price by the time the product was effectively used. The replacement/refund value of the product declines in a straight line from 96 percent (96%) after one month to four percent (4%) of the purchase price in the 24th month.
PURCHASER MAY BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH PROOF OF DEFECT.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any claim of merchantability and suitability for a specific purpose. In no event shall Tree Pro be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages. The purchase of Tree Pro products constitutes an acceptance of the terms of this warranty.
