If you use
a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or Discover), your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order
will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order.
TREE PRO LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee our products to be free of defects in material and labor for a
period of up to 24 months from date of purchase. Replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price are the two remedies
available to purchasers. In both cases, a value will be assigned that reduces the purchase price by the time the product was
effectively used. The replacement/refund value of the product declines in a straight line from 96 percent (96%) after one
month to four percent (4%) of the purchase price in the 24th month.
Purchaser may be required to furnish proof of defect.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied,
including any claim of merchantability and suitability for a specific purpose. In no event shall Tree Pro be liable for direct,
indirect or consequential damages. The purchase of Tree Pro products constitutes an acceptance of the terms of this warranty.
Only one discount may be applied to an order.
